Sholl comprehensively delivered IronPlanet a complete solution from the initial consultation meeting through to the design, supply, installation and commissioning of our system.

IronPlanet Australia had specific requirements of a phone system, given our Brisbane office was the first international office of IronPlanet USA. With a head office in California, it was important for our office in Brisbane to communicate easily with our parent company. Call forwarding, inter-office extention dialing, transfer to staff mobile phones in various locations and conference calling facilities were all required by IronPlanet and have been delivered by our AVAYA IP406 phone system.

Sholl assisted IronPlanet install the required data and communication cabling. They supplied and assisted with the installation of our server cabinet and commissioned the installation of the AVAYA phone system.

Sholl were very timely with all quotes, the provision of information, the supply and installation of our system. They were, and continue to be quick to respond should we require any assistance.

Business Solutions Manager Kurt Andrews, was very informative and professional in helping us to choose a system that would suit the needs of the Hospice. Our quote was organised very quickly over the Christmas period. Sholl Communications service technician Benny Lu was friendly and efficient and was able to change over the complete system with minimal disruption. As with anything new you always encounter "teething" problems. Sholl were very helpful in this regard and sent the technician back to change over a couple of phone ports for us. Nothing has been too much trouble and Kurt has remained in touch to make sure that we have been happy with everything.
