 Phone System Service Agreement New phone system installations come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on parts. But with a Telephone service agreement this can include labour required for servicing, inspection, removal and transportation. Which a manufacturer's warranty doesn't cover! After this period, a customer then has the opportunity to renew thier contract with Sholl Communications and will receive a renewal notice annualy. Customers who have not dealt with Sholl Communications before, or who have purchased the system from another company are also welcome to enter a service agreement with us, (after the initial service call and possibly a site audit.)
